Kil and I when his hands were a bit prettier

We had our second game of Phi Mu Alpha Mystic Cats football last night. We worked our butts off last week after being severely unorganized for the first game. The game last night was against Lamda Chi and proved to be quite eventful. First of all, I have to say that I had a really great game. While Kilgore was quarterback I had a %100 completion rate on my routes. I usually got at least a good 5 yards after each reception on top of that. I played both ways the whole game and defense was even better. I played safety and had all kinds of good stuff goin’ my way. I had a lot of trouble grabbing flags the first game, so I made a promise to Kil that I wasn’t going to miss anymore this game. Out of about a dozen open field tackles I only missed one flag.

Huff Train

In the end I payed dearly for my passionate playing. The Lamda Chi’s beat the ever-loving crap out of me. I was talking a lot of trash on the field so I was the recipient of many a late hit and punch to the back. I am so freakin’ sore. My right hip is in shambles. I came down on it way too many times.

Yes, that’s the work of human hands

In fact, I got off lucky. I suggest taking a trip to Kilgore’s site to see the extent of his injuries. I can’t wait until Wednesday to do this all over again.

Fact:
A poodle fell from a balcony in Buenos Aires in October 1988. It killed
three people. One was struck on the head, the second run over by a bus
while watching, the third witnessed the event and died from a heart attack
